M/s. V. S. Kalbhor & CO. is formed specifically for Project – Laxmi Vihar. The Senior partners of the firm are in the line of residential cum commercial real estate business for more than 30 years. They have floated different firms in the past to complete different projects. Now they have incorporated a partnership firm, having 5 partners by the name of M/s. V. S. Kalbhor & CO. on 11.01.2011. The main object of the firm is to do business of builder, developer, real estate development.
They are a well known construction entity in the real estate space of Pune. Together, they have constructed many prestigious projects in various locations of Pune. Since 1976, the group has undertaken several projects and developed some of the finest homes in the PCMC, Pune & Talegaon Dabhade, and region with over 10 lakh square feet of completed construction. Extremely good designs, finest construction quality, transparent dealings and timely delivery are the pillars on which the companies have acquired the position to become a reliable entity for the customers. The Firm is synonymous with strong values of customer care.
ABOUT THE GROUP
M/s. Kalbhor Group was started in 1976 by Vitthal Somaji Kalbhor with a vision to develop high quality residential and commercial construction. The Firm operates in West Pune. The Firm has presence in residential and commercial spaces. Within residential space, the Firm operates in Mid-income and higher mid-income Group segment. The Firm employs skilled employees. The promoters have been a part of the real estate industry of Pune for a long time, having done various projects on individual basis or in partnership with others. They have a rich experience of over 30 years in this industry.
ABOUT THE PROMOTERS
Mr. Krishnarao D Bhegade, 85 years old, is a BA Graduate and has vast experience of 50 years in Educational and real estate sector. He is also involved in many education activities in various organizations too.
Mr. Vitthal Somaji Kalbhor, 76 years old, is a Diploma in Civil Engineering and has vast experience of 46 years in land acquisition, real estate development and sales. He takes care of Project Planning, Cost Reduction and Maximum Space Utilisation.
Mr. Ramdas Kakade, 58 years old, is a Graduate and has vast experience of 35 years in Project Liasioning, Marketing and Finance activities. He is a Proprietor of Kakade Stone Crusher and RMK Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd.
Mr. Nandkumar Shelar, 52 years old, is a advocate by education. He has experience of over 30 years managing family business and expansion. He belongs to a family of farmers having huge land parcel in Talegaon Dabhade area. He looks into legal aspects like Project Liasioning, obtaining Government Approvals and Administration activities.
Mr. Ajinkya V Kalbhor, 46 years old, is a Mechanical Engineer by education and builder by profession. He has experience of over 25 years in Real Estate Sector, Land acquisition. He manages Quality, Development and Finance activities of the Firm.
